This issue highlights the work of the Presbyterian Ministry at the United Nations (PMUN). On United Nations Day, which is celebrated on October 25, we talked to the staff of PMUN to find out what they do in their first webinar. We highlight stories on PMUN’s various advocacy efforts: such as the PMUN’s advocacy on climate change; one woman’s advocacy on gender justice after participating at the UN commission; and the updated Study and Devotional Guide on the Sustainable Development Goals, now available for congregations to study, pray, and advocate with local and national leaders to achieve a more just and sustainable world for everyone, and for future generations.
